the latest in strange dreams

i've been insanely insanely busy and have a ton of work to do tonight..... but at the moment i have some free time before lunch.  just enough to blog and check my email, but not enough to take a nap.

i also have this ridiculous cold that started out as an annoyance, and then got better, and then got A LOT worse, and then got a bit less worse, and now it SUCKS and my nose is running and it's a mess.  my mission this weekend is to find these honey balls that help sore throats or something.  i don't know but they are just like candy.

STRANGE DREAM TIME.

i have been having all these nightmares lately, and all of my dreams have involved people that i know.  i guess this has been happening to other people too.  we're not sure if it's the cheese or the ghosts?

but anyways.

last night i had this dream where i was doing underwater yoga with some friends from class in this HUGE swimming pool........ that also had sharks in it for some reason.  this was completely normal.

we couldn't dive too deep or swim in certain spots because the sharks would attack us.  they were small sharks but could still do some damage.

so for whatever reason i swam to the edge of the pool, but went too close to a shark infested spot and one of them chomped down on my leg.

i went to the side of the pool to shake the shark off of my leg and flung it back into the water.  another friend came up to me and told me all about how she had been bitten by one of the sharks too and that it would heal and blahblahblah.

and then another girl came up to me and she said "it's okay.  i'm actually training to become a doctor."

(there is no medical program at my school.)

she was upset though because her last name was "darling" (in real life it's not) and she made this huge deal about how she didn't want people getting all upset if "dr. darling" could not help them and then it would be hypocritical or something.

meanwhile i was still sitting there with a shark bite and a bleeding leg.

at some point i woke up and flipped out because i had a shark bite, realized i had been dreaming, and then freaked out again because my closet door looked like a dark hooded figure that was creepy and watching me while i slept.

fun fact: sharks only bite people because they mistake them for seals, and they try to let go but they have so many teeth that they cannot.

i really like sharks in real life too.
